Surface finishing after laser cutting, deburring and rounding of the edges, grinding
At present we have two machines for the treatment of cut elements and metal sheet surfaces:
- COSTA MD 7, which we use for deburring and applying a radius on elements made of black and stainless steel
- Q-fin Topgrinder, which we use to treat aluminium elements.
By deburring and rounding of the edges of the elements, we offer details that are perfectly prepared for further treatment or anti-corrosion coatings, which are to meet restrictive requirements of anti-corrosion protection
- The maximum size of treated elements made of black and stainless steel is 1200mm x 2000mm.
- In case of aluminium it is about 700 x1200mm.
